A rhum agricole style rum (made from sugarcane juice rather than molasses), we press fresh sugarcane stalks on-site, ferment the juice in stainless steel tanks and then distil it in our copper still, mad mary. A uniquely south african rhum expression, this spirit is grassy, fragrant and floral.

Nose: funky with olive and grassy umami notes.

Palate:subtly sweet with hints of citrus.

Finish: slight peppery yet herbaceous finish.
