Aultmore 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is the ideal way to begin discovering this classic Speyside whisky. An aromatically fragrant spirit, this rare, craft-style single malt whisky is distilled in hand made copper pot stills and then gently aged for 12 years.

The exceptionally smooth, clean and fruity taste of Aultmore can be traced to the Foggie Moss, where the water source filters through bracken, gorse and heather, purifying the water and contributing to Aultmore's refined character. Made from 100% malted barley and using no-chill filtering, Aultmore Whisky has natural colour from the casks, with no added caramel.

Elegant and uncomplicated, the Aultmore 12 Year Old Single Malt tasting experience begins with grassy and herbal notes. There are additional tones of crisp apples, pears and delicate florals. Ideally enjoyed neat or on the rocks, it also gives exceptional character to classic drinks such as an Old Fashioned whisky cocktail or in a Whisky Sour.

Aultmore was founded in 1897 by Alexander Edward, one of Scotland's best-known distillers of the time. Bottlings of Aultmore have always been rather elusive. However, despite this rarity, for more than 100 years it was known to be a secret dram of the locals.
