The versatile cuvée smells of fresh apple and pear with hints of floral, spicy and smoky notes. On the palate it tastes clean and juicy with a mild acidity and decent mousseux at an alcohol content of 11% vol.

The high level of carbon dioxide and the subtle aromas of apple and pear ensure sparkling enjoyment. The aroma unfolds best when well chilled at 8 to 10 °C.
