A Rhum Agricole style rum made from sugarcane juice rather than molasses. Fresh sugarcane stalks are pressed then the juice is fermented in a stainless steel tank and then finally distilled in a copper still.

A uniquely South African Rhum expression, this spirit is grassy, fragrant and floral.
